HistoryInspired by our love of water and the great outdoors, FluidMotion Pittsburgh was created as an alternative to the typical fitness regimen. Our goal is to help our clients build strength, improve flexibility and gain control through balance and coordination. We offer aquatic & land based classes using efficient and functional training modalities focused on building strength in all planes of motion. Classes are designed to break out of the monotony of normal fitness routines and put an emphasis on having fun while you get fit. Our Aquatic Fitness classes use BOGA FiTMAT & Paddleboards to provide a dynamic environment, challenging students through controlled instability. Bootcamps blend yoga, natural movement, running and aquatic fitness for a fun and dynamic total body workout that will challenge your mind and body. Our bootcamps aim to recreate that feeling of being a kid again and help reconnect you to your natural instinct to just get outside and play!SpecialtiesFluidMOTION Pittsburgh offers unique and fun filled functional fitness classes. Whether you are looking for an all levels floating yoga, a HydroActive HIIT class, a land + water Bootcamp, a Sunrise/Sunset Paddle or would like to bond with your furry friend in a SUP with your PUP class, there are options available for everyone. You can even join us for a Moonlight Floating Yoga class or plan your Bachelorette Party/Girls Night Out with a SUP and SIP. A portion of all classes are donated to local animal shelter and rescue organizations who work tirelessly to find loving families for homeless pets.
