Over 10 years of smoking BBQ on a hand built brick and mortar smoker that is an industrial size beauty. It was an obsession to better our own rubs, sauces, and techniques over that time. This paired with authentic Greek recipes that have been used for many years, gives us an unique pairing for the food truck industry.
