History
Back in 1971 Joseph Osborne built a clavichord kit, which someone purchased immediately, so he had to build another and another. He began designing and building his own instruments, seven clavichords and four harpsichords by 1975. After some time working in a local piano shop, he began tuning pianos and repairing other keyboard instruments on his own, including player pianos, pump organs & melodeons. In 2010 Nathaniel Everett was hired on as a part time employee, while at the same time going to school to become a certified luthier (violin maker). While at the school Nathaniel made 16 violins, 1 viola, and 1 cello. After school Nathaniel worked full time under Joe, a partnership naturally formed and in 2015 Osborne & Everett was formed.
