Since 1976, Pennsylvania Office of Consumer Advocate has been representing the consumers of Pennsylvania in matters involving their utility services. Based in Harrisburg, Pa., the organization works in the interests of utility consumers before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, federal regulatory agencies as well as state and federal courts. It also helps consumers who have questions or problems with their electric, natural gas, telecommunication, water and wastewater services. Moreover, Pennsylvania Office of Consumer Advocate acts as consumers' voice in utility regulations, competitions and policy changes.
