The Network of Victim Assistance, also known as NOVA, is a nonprofit, community-based organization works to eliminate violence in Bucks County in Pennsylvania through advocacy, community education and prevention programs. The organization supports, counsels and empowers the victims of sexual assault and related crimes. Founded in 1974, it organizes personal safety educational programs for children, youths, adults and senior citizens with developmental disabilities in schools and community centers. The Network of Victim Assistance provides practical professional and community training services. The organization also administers the Senior Outreach Program. It is a member agency of the United Way of Bucks County in Pennsylvania.
