History

Molly's Books & Records grew out of Molly's Bookstore, a staple in South Philly's historic Italian Market. Third generation bookseller Molly Russakoff partnered with Joe Ankenbrand, vinyl enthusiast since the early 1960s, and the store really began to shine. Molly and Joe recently married, making this a true mom-&-pop shop. Real vinyl, real books, real brick-and-mortar...We're a real place thriving in the cyber-age.
