Mojo Fitness combines metabolic training techniques with great music and fun, easy moves to get a total body work out. The energy of the class in combination with our interval style approach (alternating between strength building and cardio segments) is a fun, effective and addictive way to get into shape - and stay there. Rather than focusing on complicated choreography and unfamiliar music, Mojo uses familiar music and fitness focused moves with hip hop and party moves thrown in. Taking the focus off learning
