After attending Boise State University as a communications major, I flew as a Flight Attendant for 10 years before raising my two children. While raising my babies I shifted gears & attended school for Cosmetology & Aesthetics and eventually established my first skincare and nail studio. As a part of my personal expanding journey, through my spa work serving in a healing manner, I began to help others discover and embrace their own expansion and transformation. Following my soul's guidance with a clear desire to serve in a healing manner, I developed Mindfully Connected utilizing a holistic approach to full being wellness. I bring to you education and background in various energy, mindfulness, and healing modalities, In addition to being a professionally certified life coach and student of the more expanded holistic mindful healing coaching program with California based Awakenings Institute. Holistic Approach To Mind-Body Wellness I partner with you by providing guidance along your path of personal discovery. We have thoughts and those thoughts create our emotions those emotions create our patterns and habits. Establishing healthy habits mentally, emotionally and energetically are essential to our physical well being. When negative patterns are allowed to continue over time the body's cells down to the smallest particle are energetically influenced, and impacted. By allowing stress, anxiety, anger, and depression along with unresolved junk to become a poorly managed pattern, we invite in on a cellular, energetic level the opportunity for chronic illness to begin its manifestation. Cultivating healthy mindfulness habits of mind-body-emotion is essential for health and longevity. As your holistic mindful healing coach, I collaboratively assist you along your path guiding you soulfully toward greater self-awareness and the daily practice of mindful living. We work together to discover life balance, joy, and better flow with mindfulness strategies for stress and anxiety reduction, establishing awareness and management of thoughts and core beliefs that no longer serve you as well as the healing and releasing of old emotional wounds.
