The Middletown Grange Fairgrounds is home to the Grange Fair, held every August. The fair features everything from livestock shows to carnival rides, food, entertainment and more. The fairgrounds are also home to Tri Township Babe Ruth Baseball League. Other community events happen at the fairgrounds, including dog shows, car shows, renaissance fair and more.
