Marvine Elementary School is one of the 16 elementary schools in the Bethlehem Area School District, located in the northeast section of Bethlehem, Pa. It serves a culturally diverse population of more than 400 students, with a high proportion of children considered at-risk. Two Intermediate Unit early intervention classrooms, the Center for Language Assessment and the Marvine Family Center are also housed in the school building. The family center provides counseling, clinic services and special programs to meet the needs of the families in the surrounding community. Marvine Elementary School offers a range of clubs and activities including art club, ballet, cheer leading, drama club, friendship club, lightspan home-school connection, math club, school newspaper, student council, Penn state prevention program and tutoring.
