Founded in 1968, Manchester Youth Development Center is an education center that assists parents and caregivers in the development of their children. It serves more than 200 students in Training Wheels preschool, an after-school program and Manchester Academic Charter School. The center provides organized games and recreational activities to students in prekindergarten through grade 12. Its charter school is a coeducational day school for students in kindergarten through grade eight. Training Wheels is a child development center designed for children from ages 2 to 5 years and is certified by the Department of Education. Manchester Youth Development Center is located in Pittsburgh.
