I've worked in residential construction and remodeling since my early twenties (1978). In 1996 I started my own company and have been running it as a sole proprietor since then.

Forty years in residential construction, the last twenty as owner of Ludwig Construction and Property Management. As sole proprietor I provide general contracting services for new construction & remodeling including additions, garages, decks, kitchens and baths, building restorations, masonry, siding, window and door replacements, flooring, dry walling, painting, excavating, hauling, driveways, retaining walls and much more! Also apartment building management and maintenance services provided.
