History
Michael S. Henry was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 1987 and has been practicing immigration law since the mid-1990's. In 2000, he started his own firm and currently handles all aspects of immigration law, including family based applications, employer based applications, and asylum. He also defends immigrants in immigration court, including detainees. Mr. Henry has argued immigration cases before federal court appeals as well as the Board of Immigration Appeals and has obtained relief in federal district court in habeas corpus and mandamus actions. He offers free initial consultation. Mr. Henry also handles regulatory issues relating to the taxicab and limousine industry in and around Philadelphia. He handles many regulatory matters before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission and the Philadelphia Parking Authority. He has had extensive success arguing cases before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and Commonwealth Court in these areas.
