Wilbur Kreamer in Stewartstown, Pennsylvania. In 1927, the brothers moved the business to West Main Street in Annville and purchased a larger funeral home-furniture store business. In 1950, William purchased the current Kreamer Funeral Home location at 618 East Main Street. Eight years later, William's son Robert assumed control of the firm, and Robert operated the home until 1984, when his son Steven became owner and operator. In 1997, the Strauss Funeral Home in nearby Jonestown was purchased. Stephen Lum, who had been employed with Kreamer Funeral Home, became supervisor of the home. The name was changed to Strauss-Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home in 1998. In 2008, a new facility was opened at 5 Camp Meeting Road, Jonestown featuring an onsite crematory. The name was then changed to Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home and Crematory. For over 100 years, we at Kreamer Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. and Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home and Crematory have served the families of Lebanon County with unmatched dedication.
