Over the course of my career in primary care, I've had the opportunity to explore and expand upon a deeper interest in optimal care and wellbeing. I am passionate about supporting patients in their personal goals and promoting a healthcare culture that focuses on wellness as opposed to disease. I strongly believe in the importance of a holistic approach to patient care, considering the whole person- mind, body, and spirit. I am interested in helping patients improve the quality of their lives through nutrition and exercise, which can both prevent and reverse chronic disease. I have a certification in Lifestyle Medicine and enjoy providing consultations to my patients. I engage in an active lifestyle and am a 200-hour registered yoga instructor.
