In the year 2000, Jambalaya J's was born in a former old bookstore in center city of Reading, Pa. after two years we learned that the old building was going to be razed. We moved to our present location, inside a highly successful Farmers Market in 2003 and have remained there ever since.

We specialize in Cajun and Creole cooking. Slip in a little Texas and Gulf Coast recipes and you get Jambalaya J's true southern flavors!
