History
The Iron Front name originated from the intricate cast-iron, handmade scroll work on the front of the building. Originally built in 1868, the stately brick edifice in which Iron Front resides, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. In keeping with the historic elements of the structure, Iron Front's interior design seamlessly blends industrial chic with natural character. Classic and versatile, Iron Front features an open concept 3rd floor Loft with 2,000 square feet of event space expertly crafted to showcase the 14 foot ceilings, original wood beams, and hardwood floors. The Loft faces Southwest, allowing the space to be bathed in natural sunlight through the floor to ceiling windows, creating a sense of warmth and charm. When the sun sets, the custom pendant lighting sets the mood for conversation and cocktails.
