Anthony (Owner of the Heritage Restaurant) grew up in the restaurant business! His parents, Anthony and Leila owned and operated the Downingtown Diner where he washed dishes at 8 years old. At the age of 12 he was running the breakfast shift several days a week, you could say he was a natural in the business and loved cooking with his Mom. At 18 Anthony decided to become a welder and took a break from the restaurant business. In 2000, The Heritage Restaurant was for sale and we can say the rest is
