Dr. Padolsky is a fellowship trained vascular and cardiac surgeon who specializes in treating people with diseases of the vascular and circulatory system, including peripheral arterial disease, carotid stenosis, aortic aneurysms, hemodialysis access, and varicose veins. His practice includes the usage of minimally invasive surgical techniques and the latest advancements in endovascular applications. He is an advocate for a team-oriented health care approach with an emphasis on education and clear communication with his patients. After earning his medical degree at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, Dr. Padolsky completed his general surgery internship, integrated vascular surgery residency, and cardiothoracic surgery residency at Allegheny General Hospital. In addition to his medical degree, he obtained a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in health management, also from Tufts University. Dr. Padolsky has been published in peer-reviewed medical journals, authored textbook chapters and presented at national surgical meetings. His research concentrates on improving the medical experience through information technology. He has medical privileges at Allegheny General, Allegheny Valley, Forbes, Saint Vincent, and West Penn hospitals.
