I don't like random branches sticking out AFTER trimming.

Weird shaping of a large tree, in my opinion. They said they know better as they are arborists. Oh well.

See how the branches are hanging to the right? I wanted the trees to be trimmed. :( Was a most unpleasant experience.

Gutter that was bent during tree removal. I was not informed of the damage. To their credit, they have promised to send a repairman.
