HistoryWe began from the aspirations of founding fathers Roger G. Mowrey, D. Frank Stewart, Ralph I. Shockey, and Jerry Allen. Their vision became reality when we opened our doors in 1938 as Franklin County Teachers Credit Union - laying the groundwork for our innovative and thriving credit union. Today, we serve more than 6,200 members - school employees, students, and their families, and a growing array of employees from our partner companies. We've seen many changes during our history by expanding to become a full-service financial institution. We've grown to serve a multitude of school districts and employees of neighboring companies.
