She also completed the General Internal Medicine Research Fellowship in Geriatric Oncology, University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston TX. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine, University of Virginia, Charlottesville VA, and is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine - Geriatric Medicine.
