Less than a half mile from the Mt. Nebo Road exit of Interstate 79, GoodFellas Cafe & Deli has a deli case full of Boar's Head meats and cheeses, deli salads and other tasty prepared foods. You can pick from one of the deli's gourmet sandwiches such as the GoodFella (Genoa salami, mortadella, rosemary ham, provolone and more) or the Sicilian (hot sopressa, Genoa salami, cappicola, mortadella, provolone and more), or you can pick out your own meat and cheese and make your own. If you want to make your own antipasto tray at home, you can buy meats and cheeses by the pound to go with the deli's macaroni, pasta, red skin potato, egg, chicken, tuna and fruit salads. Seating is limited, with just two tables inside and half a dozen outside. In the morning, customers line up for breakfast sandwiches, bagels and lox, pastries and regular and decaf La Prima Organic Fair Trade coffee.
