Located on Chartiers Avenue in McKees Rocks, Focus On Renewal Learning Center is an adult education, youth intervention, and economic depravity center. For over 40 years the staff here have focused on bettering the community for both the young and the old. They are also a community center, bridging not only McKees Rocks but Stowe Township as well.
