The history of this long-standing Doylestown church dates back to 1846, when the congregation formed as a "daughter" church of the nearby New Britain Baptist Church. Through the decades, it occupied buildings on E. State and W. Clinton streets, eventually buying land at this location in 1960. Today, it offers two Sunday services, at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Children's programs and child care are available., and junior and senior high school students have their own programs, too.
