HistoryNorm started LANCO Construction after being laid off from his IT job in 2003. You may think that for someone who worked in IT, it's quite a leap to home renovation. Most of the time you would be right, but not this time. Norm has been building new homes and renovating old ones on the side most of his adult life, at least since he was honorably discharged from the US Navy. In 2012 his daughter Beth joined the company, eventually becoming his full partner in 2018.
