What is Transformation? It is a series of letting go so that new views, ideas, beliefs, and habits can take form that is more in line with your Desired State (DS). Letting go of the irrational meanings that are placed on prior events that in many cases, individuals were too young to understand or navigate: yet the meaning that was imprinted is still a part of the decision making process today. It is those thoughts, feelings, habits, beliefs and attitudes that are pervasive in the decision process that precludes change and in most cases accepted as un- reversible truths. Transformational Coaching is the process of rewriting those un-truths so that decisions now align with the version of you that you want to be. It is not magic, it takes work but it is so trans-formative, result oriented and rewarding.
