Dettera is a gourmet bi-level New American restaurant and wine bar in a historic building in the suburb of Ambler, fifteen miles from Philadelphia. Executive chef Jeffrey Power's menu focuses on organic, locally sourced ingredients; specialties include a grass-fed veal chop and braised short ribs with a fennel marmalade. The wine bar (the only one in Ambler) offers customers a wide array of domestic and international varietals, which are stored in a custom-made cellar.
