History
Our building is the Old Sewickley Train Station. Built in 1887 it most recently served as an American Legion Post. The post was abandoned some time ago so we are excited to revive the building!
Specialties
CrossFit is a strength & conditioning program that is broad & inclusive by design. It is performed in a class environment with a trainer who will ensure proper form and will scale movements down as necessary for all skill levels. It combines elements of weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular / metabolic training to develop fitness that is elite and relevant. Simply put: CrossFit helps you get better at what the human body is capable of by doing exactly what it's built to do: Pushing, pulling, running, jumping, carrying, climbing, etc.
