CAIA was founded in a burst of indignation on the escalator outside the ballroom at the ARIA Resort in Las Vegas. That might seem like a strange place to found a company committed to helping association residents, but what one of our founders witnessed in that ballroom was a call to action that could not be ignored. CAIA was founded to provide the highest level of association insurance expertise to the people who live at associations, not just the people who run them. With our staff of association attorneys, brokers, and claims adjusters, we guarantee that association residents have equal access to real association insurance specialists. Starting with our first Association Risk Team in the mid-Atlantic region in 2020, CAIA's goal is to have fully trained teams deployed in the top 30 association markets by the year 2030. Watch for our new offices in Western Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Michigan in 2022!

Creating a cost effective, yet comprehensive insurance program takes more than an insurance agent. We achieve this goal by assigning a three-person team to every CAIA client. These experts specialize in the unique needs of community association members often neglected by other agencies too small to understand, or carriers too large to care. In addition to an experienced, licensed insurance staff, claim adjusters and legal counselors supervise and tailor each policy and service we provide. Community Association Insurance Advisors provides home, auto, and umbrella to all of Pennsylvania, including Pittsburgh, Cranberry Township, and Butler.
