History
Colonial Fitness is a privately owned center that began soley as a Racquetball center on Rt. 272 Shillington. Two years later it expanded to include circuit training, free weights, cardio and a group exercise studio. In 2000 Colonial Fitness relocated to its current location in Sinking Spring, next to Berks Lanes. Since then the club has expanded to include five group ex studios, an indoor basketball/soccer court, After School Kids Program, Summer Day Camps, Massage Therapy, Tanning, Chiropractic care and more.
Specialties
Colonial Fitness Specializes in court sports such as Racquetball, Handball & Wallyball with 5 courts. League or Open Play. The Group Exercise program boasts over 100 class per week, so you are sure to always have options! Some classes include: LesMills CXWorks, BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyStep and BodyFlow. Zumba, FlirtyGirl, Pilates, Cycle, Ride & Flow, Fitness Fusion, Step Freestyle, TKO n Core, Silver Sneakers classes and more. Colonial Fitness is also home to Linda Zoga's Power Yoga offering heated Vinyasa Flow and Baptists Vinyasa as well as Restorative Yoga. Large cardio area with LifeFitness treadmills, elipticals and recumbent bikes. Basketball and soccer are available in the sport court.
