Price was not bad, but customer service was next to nothing... Vicky doesn't know anything, only worried about making money and feeding you a line of *hit. Better go somewhere else and save...

if I had the option they would get a worse review. very poor customer service after the purchase of a stove costing almost 2500 dollars. all service work is contracted out and you are charged...
