The company s product line offers more than 200 items, including more than 100 plier styles. It also manufactures adjustable wrenches, nut drivers, screwdrivers and specialty hand tools. It is one of the largest industrial employers in Crawford County, Pa., and has more than 4,000 wholesale and retail customers in the United States. The company also ships to customers in 45 countries throughout the globe. It was founded in 1883 under the name Champion Bolt and Clipper Company. Channellock operates two facilities in Meadville that provide more than 200,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehousing and office space.
