CATCH, or Citizens Acting Together Can Help, is one of the leading providers of community behavioral health and developmental disability services in Philadelphia. Established in 1979, CATCH has been recognized by the business and academic communities with the PACE Business Award. The organization s mental health division provides comprehensive treatment and counseling services. Following an evaluation, a personalized treatment plan is developed offering services, such as individual and family therapy, psychiatric evaluation, psychological testing, medication, and case management. CATCH provides drug and alcohol counseling on a consultation basis through an agreement with the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital Drug and Alcohol Clinic. The organization s Kinship Care Project provides comprehensive social work services by intensive care managers to mentally ill children who attend south Philadelphia elementary and middle schools.
