For over 50 years, Catherine Carber's has been making fine chocolates the old-fashioned way. Our chocolates are made by hand in small batches, using only the finest natural, raw ingredients, and time-honored methods. We still make our candy centers from scratch, fire-cooking them in a copper kettle. Our products are hand-dipped, hand-cut, decorated by hand, and made with no preservatives added ever, the way they were back in the olden days. Our focus is on quality, not the bottom line.
