About Chad Ely, owner of C-Ely Signs and Graphics is a native of Waynesboro, PA. Being a sign maker comes second nature to Chad with his eye for color and design. Coupled with his love of racing and vintage cars, he's truly made his mark on Waynesboro, PA and the surrounding areas. Always creative and always on the go, he attended Bradley Academy for formal training the in art and graphic design. Soon after, the shop officially opened in November of 1999 and has grown quickly over the years. Starting out with the simplicity of a vinyl cutter and moving rapidly into full scale digital printing. Chad welcomes ANY challenge and is the only known vehicle wrap specialist in the tri-state area!
