do you rent to offenders that need a permanent address to be released from jail. the offender is on work release at the jail in wilkes-barre, pa. need to rent by the month. nothing over $400.00....

The place is real nasty. We get in there the wash cloths and towels had stains all over them. It was a half of roll of toilet paper there was a hole in the bathroom wall and the room smelled...
