The Bucks County Water & Sewer Authority, also known as BCWSA, is an independent, nonprofit agency that offers a range of utility services. It is one of the largest water and sewer authorities in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The authority was founded in 1962 under the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Act. It provides water to residential and business establishments. The authority serves more then 78,000 accounts and over 380,000 people in Bucks and Montgomery counties in Pennsylvania. It offers meter installation and online bill payment options. The authority additionally provides water conservation tips. The Bucks County Water & Sewer Authority has a special billing policy for military personnel.
