Bolete serves gourmet cuisine in a 200 year old stone inn. Owned and operated by husband and wife duo Chef Lee Chizmar and Erin Shea, Bolete has been met with critical acclaim for its inventive menu based on locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. A six-course chef's tasting menu is available Tuesday through Thursday with wine pairings available. In addition to the elegant main dining room, there's a also a rustic tavern room with a more casual menu.
