Thomas Shafer started Blossom Installations at the age of 26 in his Allentown, PA apartment. During spring of 2002 he opened his shop in Stroudsburg, PA. Currently he works by appointment in Bartonsville, PA, just off I-80, located in the Pocono Mountains.
