Philadelphia Safety Net (PSN) is a community outreach organization dedicated to reducing the number of handguns in circulation through education and gun turn-ins and groceries-for-guns events, carried out under the supervision of the Philadelphia Police Department. In addition, education about the dangers of guns is taken into the classrooms of local children and to workshops for at-risk populations of former offenders.
