Dr. Proy provides general primary care and preventive health exams. He has a special interest in diabetes and skin cancer. He performs colonoscopies and can excise skin cancers.He received a medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed a residency at Ventura County Medical Center in Ventura, California where he also trained in colonoscopy procedures. He speaks English and Spanish.
