They indicated that if I removed my small oven I might be able to have electricity. Other residents have double ovens and it is allowed.

Toxic mold frequent in units. HVAC system is original from 1960's.

Mold found in my unit....they only addressed the issue after I paid $700 for testing and the treat of getting sued.

This is the repair for a leak in our lobby we had for a week. Let see how long it takes for them to finish the repair.

Just one of several electric panels that pose a fire hazard. Fire trucks are there all the time.
