Barbara Duarte Esgalhado, PhD Barbara Duarte Esgalhado, PhD, is a licensed psychologist specializing in the treatment of chronic and terminal illnesses, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, depressive and mood disorders, generalized anxiety, and grief and bereavement.
