Easton's oldest building, the Bachmann dates to 1753 and was once the home of George Taylor, a signer of the Declaration of Independence.
Today it serves as a museum, and is open for tours several times a year, including Easton's Heritage Day. For information on visiting the Bachmann Publick House or for event rental, please contact the Northampton County Historical & Genealogical Society at 610 253-1222.
