Sherick Project Management, Inc is a consulting firm specializing in Owner's Representitive Services & Real Estate Development Services for residential, commercial and industrial real estate development projects. Over the last 13 years we have been involved in the development and completion of over 3, 800 dwelling units, 400, 000 square feet of commercial and industrial development with a value of over $350, 000, 000. Our Real Estate Development Services include: composing and production of financing applications and closing documents, aquisition and property location, feasibility studies, enviromental and geotechnical coordination, zoning and building code review and securing of zoning and building permits, development of project schedules, production of operating and development budgets, and identifying and qualifying appropriate professional service providers such as architecture, engineering, and specialty consultants. Acting as the Owner's Representative through the construction process we monitor budget, quality and schedule adherence. We develop the final punch list and compile close-out docuemtns and administrate the warrenty term. Our mission is to employ our collective experience and knowledge towards providing construction guidance and supervision for our clients. The majority of our time has been utilized by non-profit organizations specializing in support services for some of our more vulnerable citizenry. These ultimate end-clients have raised our standards for ensuring a quality environment for living.
