American Gymnastics & Cheer is a gymnastics training facility with programs for preschool-aged children and older. With more than 15,500 square feet, the gym features uneven bars, a full-size floor mat, vault, balance beam, tumble track, trampolines, high bar, ring tower, pommel horse and mats. The facility also features a store, lockers, observation area, toddler section, P.A. system and a party room. The facility is available for birthday parties for both member and nonmembers. The gym itself is open to the public every Friday between 7pm and 9pm.
