VIP PDX was started in 2007 to fulfill a need of corporate/luxury transportation in the Portland metro area. In 2015, Minda and Kevin Coombs purchased VIP PDX and Double Decker PDX. We are a small business dedicated to customer service. Our luxury vehicles, amazing staff members, attention to detail and customer service create an experience that exceeds our clients' expectations.
