History

We have been in the meal assembly business since 2005 and have worked out of several commercial kitchens in Portland throughout the years. We relocated to KitchenCru Culinary Prep Space in 2012 and are very happy to have landed here. The kitchen facility is state of the art and centrally located with off street parking for our customers.

We are a locally owned meal assembly service with an emphasis on local ingredients, hormone/antibiotic free meats & seasonal/organic produce. Thyme Management makes it easier to have delicious home cooked meals - we do all the shopping & chopping, so you don't have to!
