History
The Bread Stop began as a little cafe/pizzaria/bakery on Willamette St. in Eugene, OR. In the early 1990's wholesale operations were set up and began supplying most area markets with several varieties of fresh, organic, breads. Today our bread can be found in dozens of markets and natural food stores in the Eugene/Springfield area, Portland, Bend and on the Oregon coast.

We are a wholesale bread bakery, serving area grocers, markets, restaurants and eateries with fresh breads, bagels, granola, garbanzo spreads, and pizza doughs.
